Cook4Kitchen — Terms of Use — version01 — Oct 2023

This document shall be considered an electronic record in conformity with the Information Technology Act, 2000, its accompanying regulations, and any subsequent modifications pertaining to electronic records as revised by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is hereby issued in accordance with the stipulations laid out in Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which govern the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for the Cook4Kitchen application designed for mobile and handheld devices, as required by law.

Terms of Use

1. These "Terms of Use" are like the rules for using our "Cook4Kitchen" app on your phone or tablet. We call the app the "Platform." Before you use our services, please read these rules carefully. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app. By installing, downloading, or just using the app, you're making a deal with Cook4Kitchen. You're saying that you accept these rules and other Cook4Kitchen policies, like the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Take Down Policy. These rules apply from the day you download, install, or use the app, and they're legally binding.

2. The Platform is run by a company called Patel Dream Works Private Limited, located in Dhanbad, India. When we say "you" or "user," we mean anyone, like you or a business, who uses the Platform by signing up and using a computer. "Cook4Kitchen," "we," "us," or "our" all refer to Patel Dream Works Private Limited.

3. Cook4Kitchen is a platform that helps you order food, drinks, and other stuff from people who make it at home, as well as from restaurants and stores. People who order things are called "Buyers." They can choose what they want and place orders. They can also ask for help with different tasks.

4. Cook4Kitchen makes sure your orders and tasks get to you by connecting with delivery people (called "PDPs") in different parts of India. These PDPs are like messengers who pick up and bring your stuff to you. Both the things you order and the delivery service are called "Services." Cook4Kitchen is like a middleman, helping the home cooks and buyers connect, and the PDPs and buyers or home cooks connect. PDPs work for themselves and can choose when they want to work. Cook4Kitchen doesn't control them, and they're not employees.

5. When PDPs bring your orders or complete tasks, they might charge you a fee. This fee depends on things like how far they have to go, how long it takes, and how busy they are. As of October 2023, Cook4Kitchen will take a 20% commission from the money you pay for an order, and the rest (80%) goes to the home cooks. This commission might change, but Cook4Kitchen will let the home cooks know in advance.

Amendments

We can change these rules (Terms of Use) anytime. When we do, we'll put the new rules on the app and might tell you about them. It's your responsibility to check for any changes. You should regularly read these rules and other policies on our app. If you keep using our services after we change the rules, it means you agree to the new rules. As long as you follow these rules, you can use our app. When you accept these rules, you're also agreeing to follow any other rules and policies we have, like our refund policy, privacy rules, and content rules, which we might update from time to time.

Use of Platform and Services

1. When you buy things or services from people who cook at home (Home Cooks), all the business and payment details are worked out directly between you and the Home Cook. This includes the price, taxes, delivery costs, and warranties. Cook4Kitchen doesn't get involved in these discussions or decisions. The Home Cooks decide their prices through a survey, and Cook4Kitchen has no say in it.

2. If someone (we call them PDPs) agrees to deliver your order or complete a task, that's a separate agreement between them and Cook4Kitchen. We're only responsible for paying the PDPs for their services. We might offer them some extra help, like order support and payment collection, through separate agreements.

3. We don't check or guarantee anything about the Home Cooks, like their background or financial status. It's up to you to do your own research and trust your instincts when dealing with Home Cooks on our app. Every offer on our app follows the terms set by the seller, and we're not responsible for those offers.

4. We don't guarantee anything about the quality or value of the products or services you buy on our app. We also don't endorse or support these sales in any way. If there are any mistakes or missing information, it's not our fault, whether it's our mistake or someone else's.

5. We can't promise anything about the services provided by the PDPs on our app, like delivery or task completion.

6. Cook4Kitchen isn't responsible if things go wrong in agreements between buyers and home cooks or between buyers/home cooks and delivery people (PDPs) on our app. We can't guarantee that these parties will complete their transactions. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, it's not our fault if there are issues or delays.

7. We run an online marketplace and don't ever own or handle the products or services offered by home cooks or PDPs. We don't have any rights, titles, or responsibilities for these products. All the business is strictly between the buyer and the home cook or the buyer and the PDP.

8. Cook4Kitchen is just a platform for communication. The actual contract for buying products or services is directly between the home cook and the buyer. If a buyer has a complaint about a product or service, we'll tell the home cook and direct the buyer to them. The home cook is responsible for resolving the complaint. If you have a delivery or order problem, we'll work with the delivery person.

9. Similarly, with PDPs, we only help connect them with home cooks/buyers and don't provide the actual delivery or task services. If there are complaints about delivery or task completion, we'll tell the PDP and assist in resolving the issue.

10. If you have a problem with a user review, you can contact us at pateldreamworks@gmail.com, and we'll help mediate and resolve disputes if needed.

Cook4Kitchen — Use of the Website and Apps (Android and iOS)

You agree to follow these important rules when using the Platform:

1. You can't use someone else's stuff without their permission. Home Cooks can only share their own information and photos on Cook4Kitchen.

2. You can't share things that are really bad, like harmful, harassing, offensive, or illegal stuff. This includes anything that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.

3. You can't lie or mislead others.

4. No sharing of sexually explicit, obscene, or hateful content, or things that harm or promote harm to people.

5. Don't harass or encourage others to harass someone.

6. No sending lots of unwanted messages or spam.

7. You can't encourage or support illegal or harmful actions, and you can't say bad things about people.

8. You can't use someone else's stuff without their permission, like their photos or personal information.

9. You can't share copyrighted material illegally, like pirated software or music.

10. You can't hide web pages or content from others, like secret pages that are not linked from other pages.

11. Sharing content that exploits individuals in a sexual, violent, or inappropriate manner or seeks personal information from others is prohibited.

12. Imparting instructions on unlawful activities, like creating or purchasing illegal weapons, infringing upon privacy, or developing computer viruses, is not allowed.

13. Including videos, photos, or images of another person, whether a minor or an adult, is prohibited.

14. Unauthorized access attempts or exceeding authorized access to the Platform, including profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend requests, or other areas, as well as soliciting passwords or personal information for commercial or illegal purposes from other users, are strictly prohibited.

15. Engaging in or promoting gambling activities that are or could be considered illegal is not allowed.

16. Actions that disrupt another user's use of the Platform or a third party's use of similar services are prohibited.

17. Referring to websites or URLs that contain material inappropriate for the Platform or any other site, or content that contravenes these Terms of Use, is not permitted.

18. Harming minors in any way is strictly prohibited.

19. Infringing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, rights of publicity or privacy, fraudulent activities, or the sale of counterfeit or stolen products is not allowed.

20. Violating any prevailing laws is prohibited.

21. Deceiving or intimidating recipients/users with messages containing grossly offensive or menacing information is not allowed.

22. Impersonating someone else is strictly prohibited.

23. Sharing content with software viruses or other harmful computer code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit computer resources or intercept personal information is not permitted.

24. Threatening the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign nations, public order, or inciting criminal activities, or insulting other nations is strictly prohibited.2

25. Sharing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is not allowed.

26. Attempting to trade in items that are prohibited or restricted under applicable laws, rules, regulations, or guidelines is not allowed.

27. Actions that create liability for us or cause a loss of services from our internet service provider or other suppliers, whether in part or whole, are prohibited.

28. Using automated tools like deep-links, page-scrapers, robots, spiders, or similar methods to access, acquire, or copy Platform content or circumvent its structure is not permitted.

29. Unauthorized access attempts to any part of the Platform, its connected systems or netw2orks, servers, computers, or services by hacking or illegitimate means are strictly prohibited.

30. You are prohibited from conducting any probing, scanning, or vulnerability testing on the Platform or any connected network. Likewise, you may not breach the Platform's security measures or reverse look-up, trace, or seek information on other users or visitors, except for your own information, as permitted by the Platform.

31. It's not allowed to make negative, defamatory statements about us, our brand name, or domain name, including 'Cook4Kitchen,' or engage in any actions that could harm Cook4Kitchen's image or reputation. Additionally, you must not impose an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.

32. Using any device, software, or routine to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, interfere with transactions, or disrupt another person's use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

33. Altering headers or disguising the origin of messages is not permitted. Impersonating another individual or entity is also prohibited.

34. You must not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities, including soliciting illegal actions or infringing on the rights of Cook4Kitchen and others.

35. Compliance with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act and international laws, is mandatory. Engaging in prohibited transactions is strictly forbidden.

36. By using the Platform, you grant us the right to use the information you provide in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

37. All information about products or services you intend to sell must be accurate, and you must not mislead other users.

38. Sending chain letters or unsolicited emails to other users is not allowed. Using information from the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others is a violation of the Terms of Use.

39. Cook4Kitchen reserves the right to monitor materials posted on the Platform and remove or edit content that violates the law or the Terms of Use. However, you are responsible for the content you post, and Cook4Kitchen is not liable for it.

40. Additionally, Home Cooks can request data/content deletion by contacting pateldreamworks@gmail.com.

41. Your interactions with advertisers on the Platform, such as payment, product delivery, and any associated terms, warranties, or representations, are solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such interactions or the presence of advertisers on the Platform.

42. While using the Platform, you may encounter offensive or obscene content posted by other users, including unauthorized users or hackers. You may also risk the exposure of personal information, which could lead to harassment. We disapprove of such unauthorized actions, but we are not responsible for the use of personal information you share on the Platform. Please exercise caution when disclosing information.

43. Cook4Kitchen reserves the right to take action and seek damages in case of your involvement, whether intentional or unintentional, in activities like DoS/DDoS attacks, hacking, or penetration testing without prior consent or a mutual legal agreement.

44. There are no exclusivity requirements for listing on Cook4Kitchen, and you are free to explore other sales channels as you see fit for your business.

45. Users can challenge reviews by contacting us at pateldreamworks@gmail.com, and we will mediate and perform necessary arbitrations.

46. You have full control over your availability, and we encourage you to inform us in advance.

47. There are no residency or partnership obligations, and either party can terminate the collaboration if it proves unsuccessful despite efforts. Cook4Kitchen will ensure any remaining payments to our chefs are processed.

48. Cook4Kitchen will collect a 20% commission fee on the transaction cost, excluding shipping, delivery, or packaging. The remaining 80% will be credited to Home Chefs within 3–5 business days. These rates may be subject to revision with prior notice to Home Chefs.

49. You can access the Platform by registering to create a Cook4Kitchen Account and becoming a member, or by linking your account with third-party social networking sites. Memberships are non-transferable and subject to specific terms and conditions. You may link your Cook4Kitchen Account with Third Party Accounts to enhance Platform functionality by:

1. providing your Third-Party Account login information to us through the Platform; or

2. allowing us to access your Third-Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account.

50. You affirm that you have the authority to share your Third Party Account login details with us and grant us access to your Third Party Account, without violating the terms and conditions of that account or subjecting us to fees or usage limitations imposed by third-party service providers.

51. By allowing us access to your Third-Party Accounts, you acknowledge that we will retrieve and store your content and information, if applicable, from those accounts (referred to as "SNS Content"), making it accessible through the Platform via your Cook4Kitchen Account.

52. Unless stated otherwise in these Terms of Use, any SNS Content will be considered your content for all purposes under these Terms.

53. Depending on your choice of Third-Party Accounts and their privacy settings, personally identifiable information you post in those accounts will be accessible through your Cook4Kitchen Account on the Platform.

54. If a Third-Party Account or its associated service becomes unavailable or our access is terminated by the third-party service provider, the SNS Content will no longer be available on the Platform.

55. Your Cook4Kitchen Account is created based on the personal information you provide to us or that we obtain through SNS, as described earlier. You are limited to one Cook4Kitchen Account, and creating multiple accounts is not permitted. Cook4Kitchen reserves the right to suspend multiple accounts without liability where multiple accounts are found.

56. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and keep it current.

57. We retain the right to suspend or terminate your Cook4Kitchen Account and access to the Services under various conditions, including inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information during registration, potential legal liability, or non-compliance with the Terms of Use or other Cook4Kitchen policies.

58. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and agree not to share it with third parties. You will be solely responsible for any activities or actions carried out under your Cook4Kitchen Account, whether or not you authorized them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

59. Goods and services acquired from the Platform are intended for personal use, and you confirm that they are not for resale or on behalf of other parties.

Order Booking and Financial Terms

1. The Platform empowers Buyers to place Orders, and once Home Cooks accept these Orders, Cook4Kitchen will facilitate the delivery of food through PDP or services via direct Home Cooks, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Cook4Kitchen does not possess, vend, or resell products offered by Home Cooks, nor does it exercise control over Home Cooks or related services. Buyers are aware that their Orders are subject to the terms and conditions specified in these Terms of Use, including product availability, delivery locations, and Order acceptance by Home Cooks/PDPs.

3. In general, all Orders placed on the Platform and Delivery Services are considered confirmed.

4. After successfully booking an Order, we may contact the Buyer via the provided telephone or mobile number to confirm Order details, the price to be paid, and the estimated delivery time. It's the Buyer's responsibility to notify us of any incorrect details.

5. Additionally, we may contact you by phone and/or email to confirm or inform you of any changes to the Order due to availability, unavailability, or price changes. Such changes or confirmations will be deemed final. If we cannot reach the Buyer or Home Cook/PDP during confirmation, the Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.

6. All payments for Orders or Services on the Platform must be made in Indian Rupees, accepted in the Republic of India. Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other RBI-approved options at the time of Order placement, or credit/debit cards or cash upon delivery. The payment service provided by Cook4Kitchen is not a banking or financial service but a facilitator for electronic payments.

7. Buyers acknowledge that Cook4Kitchen acts as the payment agent for Home Cooks and PDPs, and once payments are made to us, the Buyer's payment obligations to Home Cooks or PDPs are fulfilled, and we are responsible for remitting these amounts. Direct payments to Home Cooks or PDPs for Orders or delivery are strictly prohibited.

8. The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount for the Order placed on the Platform, including delivery fees for Delivery Services. Cook4Kitchen will collect this total amount according to these Terms and the pricing terms specified in the relevant product or home chef service listing. Any additional charges imposed by the Buyer's bank are beyond our control, and we disclaim liability for such charges.

9. When placing an Order, customary billing information such as name, billing address, and credit card details will be required. Buyers authorize us to collect these amounts via the provided credit card, directly or through a third-party payment processor as described on the Platform. Review the third-party payment processor's terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the Platform services. A confirmation email will be sent once the Order is confirmed.

10. The final tax bill will be issued by the Home Cook and PDP (if registered for tax purposes) to the Buyer along with the Order. Cook4Kitchen solely collects payment on their behalf. Tax rates, applicability, and manner of application are determined by Home Cooks and PDPs. Cook4Kitchen is not responsible for the legal correctness or validity of tax levies. Any legal issues regarding taxes are the responsibility of Home Cooks and PDPs.

Disclaimer: Prices on the Platform may be incorrectly reflected due to technical errors or incorrect product information supplied by Home Cooks, and in such cases, Home Cooks may cancel Buyer's Orders.

11. Home Cooks are responsible for any warranties or guarantees related to the goods or services sold to Buyers, and Cook4Kitchen bears no responsibility in this regard.

12. You may submit reviews, ratings, and comments about meals and home cooks. By doing so, you grant Cook4Kitchen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

Terms of service: Buyer Clauses

1. The Buyer acknowledges that Cook4Kitchen disclaims responsibility for:

2. The quality of services or goods offered by Home Cooks, including the suitability of food Orders to meet your preferences.

3. Any discrepancy between the Home Cook's services, goods, or PDP services and your expectations, which may lead to loss, harm, or damage.

4. The availability or unavailability of specific menu items.

5. Instances where Home Cooks serve incorrect Orders.

6. Product liability issues related to goods provided by Home Cooks.

7. The information regarding the menu and pricing on the Platform for home chef services, goods, or any other services is based on data provided by Home Cooks. Cook4Kitchen will not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations, or unavailability of items.

8. Buyers and Home Cooks acknowledge that Cook4Kitchen is not liable for any issues arising from delivery services provided by PDPs.

9. Services may not be available if the delivery location falls outside Cook4Kitchen's current service scope. Buyers will be informed of this when confirming their Order.

10. Delivery times provided at the time of Order confirmation are approximate estimates and may vary. Cook4Kitchen is not liable for any delivery delays.1

11. Some Home Cooks offer their delivery services and may charge Buyers for such services. Cook4Kitchen has no control over these deliveries, and any disputes arising from these services will be between the Buyer and the Home Cook. Cook4Kitchen bears no responsibility for such delivery services and assumes no liability for associated disputes.

12. Orders will be delivered only to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order. Address changes notified by PDP will result in Order cancellation, with no entitlement to a refund. Delivery to a different location is subject to PDP acceptance or Cook4Kitchen's sole discretion.

13. The Buyer must provide accurate information and instructions to facilitate delivery. If delivery cannot occur due to Buyer-related factors, the goods or services are considered delivered to the Buyer, and risk and responsibility pass to the Buyer, with no partial refund entitlement.1

14. Cook4Kitchen's (including Home Cooks' and PDPs') liability ceases once the Order is delivered, except in cases of Home Cook product liability.

15. Customers are not permitted to exert undue pressure on cooks for any reason. In case we receive any complaints from a cook, appropriate actions will be taken by us.

16. Customers are encouraged to assist our skilled home cooks in locating the right ingredients within your kitchen. Feel free to inquire about ingredient details in advance

Services provided:

Cook4Kitchen's liability arises when you fail to comply with the Terms of Use.

1. Buyers are required to provide accurate credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways for making payments on the Platform. The information provided will only be used for fraud verification or as required by law, regulation, or court order. Buyers are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their credit/debit card details. Unauthorized card use is not Cook4Kitchen's liability.

2. Cook4Kitchen does not provide refunds for goods or services purchased from Home Cooks or PDPs through the Platform, except for errors directly attributable to Cook4Kitchen during the purchase.

3. While we aim to provide accurate information, any errors may prompt us, at our discretion, to contact you with further instructions.

4. Services are available through the Platform only during the working hours of the respective Home Cooks and PDPs.

5. Customers can use this application to book a cook according to their selected dishes. Once booked, the cook will reach out to you and prepare the food at your kitchen area. Additionally, you can browse, search for, and order meals using Cook4Kitchen."

6. You agree to pay the listed prices for service, dishes, taxes, and any applicable fees.

7. You must provide accurate delivery information, and you are responsible for any issues arising from incorrect delivery information.

8. You agree to treat home cooks and chefs with respect and follow any specific rules or instructions they provide.

9. Please be aware that service charges and dish prices may fluctuate over time. Cook4Kitchen retains the authority to implement these adjustments on users.

No Endorsement

1. We want to make it clear that we do not endorse any specific Home Cook. While our Terms of Use require you to provide accurate information, we do not verify the claimed identity of our users. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other members.

2. When you use our Services, you agree that if you seek legal remedies or hold someone liable for the actions or omissions of other members or third parties, your recourse will be limited to the specific members or third parties responsible for the harm. You further agree not to attempt to hold us liable or seek legal remedies against us in connection with such actions or omissions.

Intellectual property

1. We either own the intellectual property rights or possess the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) rights to utilize the intellectual property on the Platform, including, but not limited to, the user interface, layout format, Order placement process flow, and all its content. When Cook4Kitchen agents or employees capture images and videos of home chefs in action as part of our exclusive onboarding process, these materials (photos and videos) become Cook4Kitchen's intellectual property, created using Cook4Kitchen resources (agents, cameras, and video capture devices). Any subsequent photos of dishes taken and submitted by home cooks remain the intellectual property of the respective home cooks. In essence, the party creating the content owns the content. Cook4Kitchen commits to using home cook-related photos and videos solely for marketing and promotional purposes, without sharing data or personal details for monetary gain.

2. You acknowledge that Patel Dream Work Private Limited holds the registered ownership of the wordmark 'Cook4Kitchen' and the associated logo, including its variations (IPR). You agree not to directly or indirectly challenge or assist others in challenging the validity of Cook4Kitchen's or its affiliates' proprietary rights in these licensed marks, their registrations, or file applications for similar marks, names, or logos worldwide. If you become aware of any intellectual property rights infringement, you should report it to us at pateldreamworks@gmail.com with all relevant information.

3. You are allowed to print one copy and download excerpts from the Platform for your personal reference. You may also share material available on the Platform with others within your organization.

4. You must refrain from modifying the paper or digital copies of any materials you print or download, and you should not use illustrations, photographs, videos, audio sequences, or graphics separately from accompanying text.

5. Using any part of the Platform's materials for commercial purposes is prohibited unless you obtain a license from us or our licensors.

6. If you breach these Terms of Use by printing, copying, or downloading content from the Platform, your right to use the Platform will be terminated, and you may be required, at our discretion, to return or destroy any copies of the materials you have obtained.

Treatment of information provided by you

We process information provided by you to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third Party Content

1. We cannot guarantee or ensure that other users will comply with the rules mentioned above or any other provisions in these Terms of Use. In the relationship between you and us, you accept all the associated risks of harm or injury resulting from any such non-compliance.

2. You understand that when you follow a link leading away from the Platform, you are entering a website not under our control, and it may have its own distinct terms of use and Privacy Policy. By clicking on links to external websites, you acknowledge that we hold no responsibility for those external sites. While we have the option to disable links to and from third-party websites to the Platform, we are not obliged to do so.

Severability

In the event that any of these Terms of Use is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under the laws of any state or country where these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, the problematic term will be severed and removed to the extent of its illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability within that jurisdiction. The remaining Terms of Use will persist, remain in full force, and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Non-assignment

You are not permitted to assign or transfer the contractual agreement between you and us to any other individual or entity.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of India. Any legal action, lawsuit, or dispute initiated to resolve matters related to this Platform will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.

IP Notice and Take Down Policy

1. Cook4Kitchen has established an IP Notice and Take Down Policy ("Take Down Policy") to facilitate the reporting of intellectual property infringements, allowing intellectual property owners to report listings that violate their rights. This ensures that infringing products are promptly removed from the platform, which is essential for maintaining trust among buyers and sellers.

2. Only intellectual property rights owners are authorized to report potentially infringing products or listings through the Take Down Policy using the specified infringement notice format. If you are not the rights owner, you can assist by encouraging the rights owner to contact us.

Note: Cook4Kitchen does not have the capacity to verify whether home cooks have the proper rights or authorization to sell or distribute their listed products or services. However, Cook4Kitchen is committed to preventing item listings from infringing upon the intellectual property rights of third parties when a legitimate representative of the rights owner duly reports such infringements to Cook4Kitchen.

Shipping Policy

1. Presently, our services are limited to delivery and servicing within the vicinity of Chennai City only.

2. Our deliveries and services are contingent on our third-party network.

Refund Policy

1. The Buyer may be eligible for a refund on pre-paid Orders. However, Cook4Kitchen reserves the right to deduct the penalty outlined in Section I (2) from the refundable amount. Additionally, if the packaging of an item in an Order or the entire Order is tampered with or damaged, and the Buyer refuses to accept the delivery for this reason, they will be entitled to a proportionate refund.

2. In cases where the PDP fails to deliver the Order due to reasons attributable to either the PDP or Cook4Kitchen, the Buyer may be eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the Order value. However, the assessment of such refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis by Cook4Kitchen.

3. In accordance with our policy, users have the option to cancel an order within the specified time after it has been accepted by the cook. In such instances, users may qualify for a partial refund of the booking amount, exclusive of taxes.

Changes to Terms

Cook4Kitchen reserves the right to periodically update these Terms and Conditions. We will inform you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the App following such modifications will be considered as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
